Dr. Satnam Singh is a graduate from Liverpool John Moores University and Coventry University (UK) with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and in a PhD in Engineering and Manufacturing Management.

Dr. Satnam has been dynamically involved in the field of Continuous Improvement & been extensively trained in the Lean Systems & Six Sigma whilst working as a six sigma Project Manager for Automotive services industry in the UK for 18 years. Being tasked in promoting & implementing Lean & Six Sigma within the organization throughout Europe, Dr. Satnam has immeasurable knowledge on deploying Lean Six Sigma & succeeded in assisting MNC companies in making revenues.

Specialised in 5S, changeover reduction (SMED), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Cellular Layout and various other lean tools, Dr. Satnam has conducted many rounds of lean workshop in the area of workplace improvement, variation and waste reduction, and practical problem solving techniques including statistical tools.

Presently, Dr. Satnam has been travelling extensively from Malaysia to Australia. Dr. Satnam is an expert in developing and conducting Six Sigma Champions Training, Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt training programs for Private Companies, major Government Linked Companies (GLCs) in Malaysia and many other Government Agencies.
